Appearance: His hair isn't spiked like in the icons, but it's still the same length. (For reference, see here.) Everything else is the same, so skinny kid kind of going through a growth spurt with dyed red hair and blue eyes.

1st Echo-
After hanging around in the art gallery trying to figure out what about the statues artistically bothered him, he remembered waking up in the middle of the Shibuya Crossing and looking up to see a 104 (not 109) building in the background.
2nd Echo-
After watching the video of the sage on the network, Neku got his signature headphones back.
3rd Echo-
After pretty much telling Haruka that he thought she wouldn't have anyone to leave anything to if she died because she's a jerk, he receive his Player Pin and the associated powers, which he received when he was killed to be an example of everything wrong with Shibuya, aka because he was a jerk.
4th Echo-
After drinking the water and having a laughing fit, Neku remembers the concept of the Reaper's Game, but not why he knows about it.
5th Echo-
After seeing the pink lights in the sky, Neku finds a pin in his pocket along with his Player Pin.
6th Echo-
After following the buzzing noise to the Tuning Towers, Neku gets a memory of being worried about not having a partner, getting harassed by some Reapers (whose faces he doesn't know), before Beat shows up and says stupid things and then Pacts with him. (Basically, the first few minutes of his third week without any real context.)
7th echo- Tier 2
After encountering people who very suddenly turn creepily passive, he remembers seeing people with glowing red eyes reciting, "To right the countless wrongs of our day, we shine this light of true redemption, so that this place may become as paradise. What a wonderful world that would be..." He also discovers a pin in his pocket that really creeps him out.

Memories of the artist called CAT- specifically their artwork and that Neku admired them greatly. Also a memory/sense of after having met CAT (though he doesn't know their identity), discovering that CAT was completely willing to do shit that would get Neku killed.

Knowledge that he was in the Game for three weeks, and that was unusual.

Memory of being shot in a back alley.

Knowledge that he made it out of the Game alive, and with the city intact. He has no idea why that second part is important.
